1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. “SAKEwinkel” is an online marketplace owned and operated by B4iProductions Proprietary Limited with registration number 2021/933972/07, acompany duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa,facilitating the purchase of products between the Subscriber and the Provider;
1.2. “Subscriber” means the person who subscribed to the SAKEwinkel toobtain access to the Products and/or Tickets as facilitated through SAKEwinkel;
1.3. “Supplier” means the entity from which a product is procured, asselected by the Subscriber.
2. LIMITED STOCK AVAILABLE
All products are offered on a'first-come, first-served' basis and are subject to availability. Due to thelimited nature of the stock, availability cannot be guaranteed once stock isdepleted.
3. NO GUARENTEE OF AVAILABILITY
Placing an item in your shopping cartor beginning the checkout process does not reserve the product. The product isonly secured once the order has been successfully processed and confirmed andan invoice has been issued.
4. PRICING POLICY
Discounted pricing is applicable onlywhile stocks last or during the promotional period, whichever comes first.These promotions are not reflective of a permanent pricing policy.
5. RIGHT TO CANCEL
In the event that stock is oversolddue to high demand or a system error, SAKEwinkel reserves the right to cancelthe order and refund the customer in full, with no further liability.
6. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
6.1. Once the order has been placed and the invoice issued, theSubscriber has 48 (forty-eight) hours after payment was made for the funds tobe cleared in the account of SAKEwinkel.
6.2. SAKEwinkel only accepts Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”)made into the account as reflected on the invoice.
6.3. Only South African Rands will be accepted for any transactionon SAKEwinkel.
6.4. The Subscriber must ensure that the unique reference number asstipulated on the invoice is used as reference when the EFT payment is made.
6.5. Courier costs will be added to your invoice, which willdepend on the size of the product ordered and the delivery destination.
6.6. The Subscriber is responsible for providing the correctaddress to determine delivery cost and ensure the delivery is made to thecorrect address.
6.7. If the payment has not been cleared into the bank account of SAKEwinkelwithin 48 (forty-eight) hours the order will automatically be cancelled.
6.8. Should your order be cancelled as per clause 6.7, SAKEwinkel will refundyou the total amount paid.
6.9. The Supplier will be notified once the payment has beencleared to process the order and send it for delivery.
6.10. Delivery time will vary from product to product and will befacilitated by the Supplier.
6.11. SAKEwinkel will only pay the Supplier once the Subscriber hasconfirmed their satisfaction with the product.
7. RETURNS
7.1. Should the Subscriber not be satisfied with the product, theSubscriber must confirm the dissatisfaction by selecting the dissatisfactionlink on the email that will be sent to the Subscriber.
7.2. The Supplier will be notified of the dissatisfaction with itsproduct. All subsequent communication pertaining thereto shall be between theSupplier and Subscriber directly.
7.3. SAKEwinkel will refund the Subscriber once the Supplierconfirms that it has received the products in good order.
