If your order is delayed, please contact the supplier directly. SAKEwinkel does not have any insight into delivery processes of suppliers. If this is not resolved, then send an email to info@sakewinkel.co.za and we will refund your purchase for the full amount paid.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be sent to the supplier for fulfilment.
Once a return is approved, you will receive an email requesting your banking details for the refund process.
