1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. “SAKEwinkel” is an online marketplace owned and operated by B4iProductions Proprietary Limited with registration number 2021/933972/07, acompany duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa,facilitating the purchase of products between the Subscriber and the Provider;
1.2. “Subscriber” means the natural person or legal entity who subscribed to the SAKEwinkel to obtainaccess to the Products and/or Tickets as facilitated through SAKEwinkel;
1.3. “Tixsa” means Tixsa (Pty) Ltd with registration number 2006010495/07,a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1. The KAARTJIESkamer portal on the SAKEwinkel serves solely asa redirection service to an external third-party ticketing provider, Tixsa. Byselecting and using the KAARTJIESkamer option, the Subscriber acknowledges andagrees that they will be redirected to the Tixsa website (www.tixsa.co.za) tocomplete any ticket purchases or related transactions.
2.2. All transactions conducted through Tixsa are governedexclusively by Tixsa’s own terms and conditions, privacy policies, and refundor cancellation policies, which are independent of SAKEwinkel. Subscribers areencouraged to familiarise themselves with Tixsa’s policies before completingany transaction.
2.3. SAKEwinkel does not sell, issue, manage, or process anytickets offered on Tixsa and shall not be held liable for any errors,omissions, disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to theuse of Tixsa’s services.
2.4. The Subscriber understands and agrees that SAKEwinkel doesnot guarantee the availability, pricing, accuracy, or suitability of any event,ticket, or service listed on Tixsa.
2.5. Any enquiries, disputes, or requests for support relating toticket purchases must be directed to Tixsa or the relevant event organiser, andnot to SAKEwinkel.
3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
3.1. SAKEwinkel shall not, under any circumstances, be held liablefor any transaction, claim, loss, damage, delay, non-performance,misrepresentation, or other issue arising from or in connection with the use ofthe Tixsa platform or any third-party services accessed through theKAARTJIESkamer portal on the SAKEwinkel website.
3.2. All transactions conducted on the Tixsa platform are madesolely at the Subscriber’s own risk. SAKEwinkel disclaims any and allresponsibility for the processing, fulfilment, delivery, refund, or quality ofany tickets or services offered through Tixsa or its affiliated partners.
